Mobility and stretching is so important to incorporate into your workout regime.
Whether you are doing a little cardio at the start of your workouts or 5-10 minutes of stretching before and after your session just be sure to do it and priorities it.
Please also remember that flexibility and someone’s mobility will depend on your joints as well!
