1️⃣ Behind Head Rope Pulls: 12 Reps 3 Sets
2️⃣ Kneeling Rope Pulls: 12 Reps 3 Sets
3️⃣ Single Arm Pull Down: 12 Reps 3 Sets each arm
4️⃣ Assisted Pull Ups: 12 Reps 3 Sets
